All our destination fragrances, have been exclusively formulated for Aroma Holiday Ltd and we are proud to say, they are Not tested on Animals and are also, Paraben Free!
Our Diffuser base oils are made from a renewable source. With its low evaporation rate and low odor, we think its the best oil money can buy! Unlike other diffuser bases, our products evaporate fully and do not have the metallic odor associated with other base materials used in cheaper products. We are very excited to be using this luxury product and are delighted to offer it to our customers. In addition, it is fully compliant with CARB Regulation in the USA, meaning it is not classed as VOC. Features include; fragrance enhancement, HSE profile improvement, Eco-friendly, solubility power, low carbon footprint, low odor and importantly, Non Toxic.

A. We use the universally trusted and secure PayPal system, which now accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Debit & also Solo.
Q. DELIVERY/SHIPPING CHARGES?
- A. Our delivery/shipping charges are based on the total weight per order, using a flat rate basis, not per item. Delivery is easily calculated at Checkout before purchase.
- ‘FREE UK’ Standard ROYAL MAIL delivery for all orders! (based on 2-3 working days, Monday-Saturday, excluding bank or public holidays).

Q. ARE THERE ANY CANDLE BURNING INSTRUCTIONS?
A. Yes, you should find a label on the underside of every Aroma Holiday Luxury Candle. In case the label is not legible then please read below:
Q. FIRST BURN
A. When you light your candle for the first time it is very important to allow approximately one hour of burn time per inch of surface diameter, or until your candle has a complete melt pool, before extinguishing. (A melt pool is when your candle melts from edge to edge of your jar)
This will set the candles “memory” and avoid your candle from tunneling down the center. It will also prolong the burn time of your candle. (Times may vary depending on room temperature and environment.)
Finally, use a sharp wick trimmer or scissors to trim the wick. Using a dull tool will split the threads causing the wick to ‘mushroom’ excessively. Aroma Holiday candles are designed to be trimmed to 1/4” before each burn.
Top Tip, why not turn the provided lids upside down and use as an extra protective base for the candle (Travel Tin or Luxury Glass products).
Q. WEAK FLAME ~ WICK WAS TRIMMED TO SHORT
A. If you trim your wick to short, or it has broken off at the base, then your flame may be weak or may drown out. Don’t fret, because their is a solution! Extinguish the flame and pour off some of the excess liquid wax, into a safe container then relight. Your flame will come back to life and you will be able to continue to enjoy the wonderful aroma.
Q. FLAME TO HIGH?
A. If the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly the candle is more than likely, burning in a draft or it’s time to trim the wick. If you do not keep the wick trimmed and out of drafty areas, then your candle will probably begin to soot. Be sure to extinguish the candle before trimming or moving.
A. Although high soy wax candles are virtually soot free when burned properly, no candle is 100% soot free. If you see that your candle is accumulating soot in your jar, extinguish the flame and trim your wick. Remember: above all Soot can be prevented by keeping your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch.
Q. ARE THEIR ANY REED DIFFUSER DIRECTIONS?
A. Yes, our diffusers are 100ml/3.4 fl.oz. Remove stopper & insert the special reeds, for best results invert reeds every 2 weeks. Diffuser lasts for approx. 4 months depending on position, see warning label on item. Directions can also be found on the back of our packaging.
Q. WHERE CAN I FIND THE WARNING LABEL?
A. The warning label below, is attached to the bottom of each AH diffuser glass bottle:
In the event of contact with skin/eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. If skin irritation or rash occurs, seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children & animals. Always place on a stable surface & ensure reeds do not touch other materials such as wallpaper/curtains etc. Do not allow the oil to come in to contact with polished, painted or synthetic surfaces or fabrics. Keep diffuser away from sources of heat & direct sunlight. Not for consumption.
