A mix of the traditional and modern progress of Thailand which I find really charming about Bangkok, the “City of Angels” does not disappoint. Huge skyscrapers, large roads, frantic comings and goings yet memories of the iconic tuk-tuks, golden shrines, temples and the quirky vibrant colours and smells of the Talat Rot Fai Night Market, make me want to visit again.
Notes
A mouth-watering, zingy fusion of spicy crushed ginger root with sun-drenched lemongrass, harmonised by a sprinkling of cardamom and coriander seeds, finished by a hint of freshly grated lemon peel, indicative of the fragrant markets in Thailand.
