The purchase of products from this web site is governed by these terms and conditions. By submitting an order you agree to our company’s terms and conditions, which are based upon current main online shopping regulations. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.
All goods are subject to availability and we will endeavour to inform the customer of any items that are unavailable as soon as possible. Products may vary slightly in colour from the described item, as each one is individually hand made.
Aroma Holiday Ltd will not be liable in respect of customer or third party recipient failure to comply with product safety instructions resulting in wilful damage to/or loss of whether direct or consequential to personal property.
Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders and Goods Not Received
If the goods supplied are damaged or are not what you ordered Aroma Holiday Ltd shall have no liability to you unless you notify the Company of the problem within 72 hrs after delivery. All original transit packaging and damaged items must be kept until the claim has been reported and appropriate action decided. Any box that arrives damaged can be signed for as such and retained (remember to report within 72 hrs) or alternatively the goods can be refused and subsequently returned to us.
If goods are not received within the maximum working days stated from the order/ invoice date please notify the Company.
Notification of Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders and Goods Not Received should be made by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and it should be made clear if replacements or a refund are required. Once these conditions have been met Aroma Holiday Ltd.’s obligation will be to issue replacement goods for non-deliveries and damaged goods. Refunds are at the discretion of the Company.
While we endeavour to maintain good stock levels of the items in this website, we regret that we cannot always guarantee to have everything in stock. We reserve the right not to send out small back orders if it is uneconomical for us to do so.
We accept online payments from Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Switch and Solo through PAYPAL. Cheque orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared. All prices are inclusive of VAT and we reserve the right to amend prices otherwise stated. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges as quoted on the delivery page of the website and also on your order confirmation. The displayed price on the order confirmation is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay, shipping is calculated on checkout.
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 10 Working Days from date of delivery provided you or the recipient notify us by email Sales@aromaholiday.com within this period and the goods remain unused.
You will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to Aroma Holiday Ltd. A refund can only be given less 10% handling charge provided items returned and on inspection are in perfect condition.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions accepted. We have taken care to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
Shipping & Returns Policy
U.K. Mainland, Free of Charge over £60. All others calculated at checkout.
All Export Costs met & arranged by purchaser.
Aroma Holiday will endeavour to arrange delivery to all parts of the globe, costs are automatically calculated at checkout, dependant on weight and destination of goods.
Delivery time will depend upon the weight, destination and courier used. Additional delivery time and cost may be added due to import custom checks and duties levied. Aroma Holiday is not responsible for these external delays and costs.
UK including, Highlands & Islands: 3 – 5 working days
Europe: 3 – 7 working days
Rest of the World: 5 – 14 days
Please note that working days are Monday to Friday only, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not considered working days.
Sorry but Aroma Holiday is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, as a signature is required on delivery.
If you find a fault with any of our products, such as short delivery or damage to goods in transit, you must notify us via email email@example.com, with full particulars within 3 working days of receiving the product. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity. However, we cannot be held financially responsible for the late delivery of a product or products.
We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but do recognize that there can be certain issues with the goods once they are received. We are therefore happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your items. If the item you ordered is not suitable then please return it in the original packaging, with all labels attached and in an unused condition.
The Item must be returned within 7 days of you receiving our agreement to do so and the cost of the return postage must be paid by the customer.
