November Candle
This month’s chosen candle took inspiration from the change in seasons as we move into the depths of Autumn, we wanted to share with you one of our favourite candles. New York of course! The perfect scent to fill your home with this Fall, reminiscent of all of Marks memories and the inspiration’s he took from the world-famous city to create his NYC candle.
Inspiration taken from New York.
One of the main inspirations taken from Marks holiday to New York was the intoxicating scents he experienced during the hustle and bustle of the smoldering NYC streets. The main idea behind the body of the candle focusing on rich and strong earthy notes reminiscent of his time in the concrete jungle. Mark Visited New York in late October the start of Autumn giving him the inspiration to create a candle fitting for the change in season which is why he focused on top notes such as Cinnamon, Sweet apple, and of course chestnut and roasted coffee. Warming scents to mirror the change in season in the big Apple. As Mark walked down paved streets lined with giant skyscraper buildings, fragrances from corner vendors and American diners filled his scents: Chestnuts and freshly brewed coffee. A real vibrant cosmopolitan experience and one you can re- live through our NYC candle.

Lastly the final inspiration mark had behind our Mexico candle was the array of breakfast foods he ate! Breakfast being a typical New York delicacy. Mark liked his breakfast sweet from sticky apple buns to cinnamon rolls the inspiration behind some off the top notes in our NYC candle. Of course, those sweet treats had to be washed down with a famous NYC coffee. This last addition of nutty nuances of warm chestnut strong dark roasted morning coffee supported the additional sweet notes. With that the New York candle was complete, made with memories and inspiration. Helping customer to reminisce their own New York holiday memories, whatever they may be?
