AromaHoliday Delivery & Returns

At AromaHoliday Ltd, we want your order to arrive safely, beautifully packaged and as quickly as possible. This Delivery & Returns Policy explains our delivery options, dispatch times, returns process and what to do if something goes wrong with your order.
1. UK Delivery
We currently offer FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £25.
For UK orders under £25, delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is made.
Typical UK delivery times are:
- UK Mainland: 2–5 working days
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: 2–7 working days
- Northern Ireland: 2–7 working days
2. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. During busy periods, product launches or seasonal events, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
3. International Delivery
We ship to many international destinations. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing and courier availability.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply.
4. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@aromaholiday.com.
5. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of any damage where possible
- Photographs of the packaging where relevant
Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
6. Returns
If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
7. Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
8. Refunds
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been sent back.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
9. Exchanges
Where appropriate, we may offer an exchange. Please contact us before returning your item so we can advise on the best next step.
10. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns for used products or items that have been opened and cannot be resold, unless they are faulty.
