Orders & Delivery
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. We currently offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £25. Delivery options and charges are shown clearly at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take slightly longer. During busy periods, dispatch and delivery times may vary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges.
Can I send an order directly as a gift?
Yes. You can send AromaHoliday gifts directly to the recipient by entering their delivery address at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, please email sales@aromaholiday.com. Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale unless they are faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible.

Are AromaHoliday products handmade?
Yes. AromaHoliday products are handmade in Yorkshire, including our luxury candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, wax melts and World Spa body care collections.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. Our products are vegan friendly and cruelty free. We do not test on animals.
What makes AromaHoliday different?
Each AromaHoliday fragrance is inspired by travel, destinations, memories and places around the world. Our collections are designed to bring the feeling of a favourite journey, holiday or special moment into your home.
Candle Care
How should I burn my candle for the first time?
Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface. This helps prevent tunnelling and gives a better burn throughout the life of the candle.
How long should I burn my candle?
We recommend burning candles for no more than 4 hours at a time. Always follow the safety information provided with your product.
Should I trim the wick?
Yes. Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn. This helps maintain a steady flame and reduces soot.
Can candles produce soot?
Any candle can produce some soot if the wick is too long, the candle is in a draught, or the flame becomes too large. Regular wick trimming helps maintain a cleaner burn.
Reed Diffusers
How do I use a reed diffuser?
Place the reeds into the diffuser bottle and allow them to absorb the fragrance oil. The scent will gradually diffuse into the room.
How often should I turn the reeds?
For a stronger fragrance, turn the reeds weekly. Always do this over a protected surface and wipe away any spills immediately.
How long do reed diffusers last?
Diffuser lifespan varies depending on room temperature, airflow and reed turning. Larger rooms or warmer spaces may use the fragrance more quickly.
Room & Linen Sprays
How do I use a room and linen spray?
Spray into the air or lightly onto suitable fabrics from a safe distance. Always test on an inconspicuous area first and avoid delicate, polished or painted surfaces.
Can I use room sprays on bedding?
Yes, lightly spray from a distance where suitable. Avoid over-spraying and allow fabrics to dry before use.
World Spa Collection
What is the World Spa Collection?
The World Spa Collection is AromaHoliday’s luxury hand wash and lotion range, inspired by travel and spa-style fragrance experiences.
Are the bottles recyclable?
Our World Spa bottles are made using recyclable sugarcane bioplastic, helping reduce reliance on fossil-based plastic.
Can I buy matching products?
Yes. Selected fragrances are available across matching candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, hand wash and lotion.
Gifts
Are AromaHoliday products suitable as gifts?
Yes. AromaHoliday products are designed for gifting, including birthdays, thank you gifts, housewarming gifts, Christmas gifts, travel lovers and luxury home fragrance presents.
Do you offer gift sets?
Yes. We offer a range of luxury gift sets including candle gift boxes, reed diffuser gifts and World Spa hand wash and lotion sets.

Do you supply retailers?
Yes. We supply selected retailers, gift shops, garden centres, visitor attractions and independent stores.
