Welcome to AromaHoliday. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AromaHoliday website and any purchases made from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We aim to provide a secure, transparent and enjoyable shopping experience. If you have any questions regarding these Terms, please contact us before placing your order.
1. About AromaHoliday
AromaHoliday Ltd is a UK company specialising in luxury travel-inspired candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, wax melts, body care and gift collections, all handcrafted in Yorkshire.

2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Although we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, occasionally products may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to discuss an alternative, estimated availability or a full refund.
As every AromaHoliday product is handmade, slight variations in colour, finish and fragrance appearance may occur. These natural variations do not affect product quality.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. However, once your order has been accepted, the price confirmed at checkout will not change.
If a genuine pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch.
4. Payment
We accept secure payments through trusted payment providers including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- PayPal
- Apple Pay (where available)
- Google Pay (where available)
Payment information is processed securely by our payment partners. AromaHoliday does not store full payment card details.
5. Delivery
We currently offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on all retail orders unless otherwise stated.
Typical delivery times are:
- UK Mainland: 2–5 working days
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: 2–7 working days
- Europe: 3–10 working days
- Rest of World: 5–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs processing or adverse weather.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable within their country.
6. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where appropriate
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale unless they are faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns Policy will apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, photography, graphics, logos, branding, packaging designs and product descriptions remains the property of AromaHoliday Ltd.
No material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Customers must always follow the safety instructions supplied with our products.
Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Vouchers
From time to time, AromaHoliday may offer promotional discount codes, gift vouchers or special offers. Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply:
- Discount codes and promotional vouchers are valid only during the advertised promotional period.
- Only one discount code or promotional voucher may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
- Discount codes cannot normally be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
- Gift vouchers and promotional vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
- Voucher codes cannot be used retrospectively on orders that have already been placed.
- Where an expiry date applies, vouchers and promotional codes must be redeemed before the stated expiry date.
- Gift vouchers purchased through AromaHoliday remain valid until their stated expiry date where applicable.
- If an order paid for using a voucher is returned, any refund will be made in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Promotional discounts applied to the original order will not be reissued unless required by law.
- AromaHoliday reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, voucher or discount offer at any time where reasonably necessary.
- Any fraudulent or abusive use of promotional offers or voucher codes may result in cancellation of the order.
